In our capitalist system, individuals and business entities must develop assets, over time, to achieve growth and sustainability. Mission-based agencies must develop productive assets and a healthy balance sheet to provide maximum resources to the children they serve. YouthBridge Community Foundation is dedicated to sharing this vision and helping not-for-profit, mission-based children’s organizations to effectively blend modern business applications with traditional social service agency practices.

• Social Entrepreneurship Competition and the YouthBridge Workshops – Free business education and a competitive process for developing skills for growth and sustainability.
• YouthBridge Social Enterprise Mentors (SEM) – A volunteer business consultant to children's non-profits. 
• Advocacy for Social Return on Investment – A program for promoting broader understanding and increased adaptation of the skills that produce high-performance charitable enterprises.
